The annual Companion Dog Show takes place at Humbie Holdings near Kirknewton. Every year the proceeds are donated to a nominated charity.

The event is open to all breeds and cross breeds. There are a range of classes judged by a specially invited independant judge assisted by his/her stewards.

There are various stalls around the main ring, that have included photographers, barbeques, refreshments, novelties, newfoundland rescue, good citizens, agility and obedience.

A lot of work goes in to make the show successful and visitors come from as far as Aberdeenshire and Kent as well as many places in between.
